This is the story of two brothers adopted in 2014 and
2015. Yukon and Kodiak are litter mates who found homes
with different families. After 4 years, Kodiak returned
to Chewy’s Hope through no fault of his own and began a
new search for a family to love him. He waited patiently
in his foster home for someone to see his bio and he’d
fall in love again with a new family. As he waited,
Yukon’s mom saw him on the website and recognized him as
Yukon’s brother. Her heart led her to adopt Kodiak too
and reunite the brothers. The boys met. Yukon and his
canine siblings welcomed Kodiak into the family and the
brothers are now together again in the same loving home.
What a wonderful story and what a wonderful family to
open their home to two brothers who deserve the best of
everything. Thank you, Cindy and Brad!
